Thank you for choosing MARDNOVA. By accessing our website, engaging with our services, or entering into any agreement with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

MARDNOVA is a technology-driven company offering AI automation, web development, digital marketing, and strategic IT solutions. These Terms apply to all clients, website visitors, and service users. MARDNOVA reserves the right to amend or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Scope of Services

MARDNOVA provides high-quality digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Web Design & Development
• AI & Workflow Automation
• Digital Marketing & SEO
• Brand Identity & Creative Solutions
• Affiliate & Partner Support
• Business Automation Consultancy

Service delivery, timelines, and technical specifications are defined individually for each project.

3. Pricing, Billing & Payment Terms

• Project pricing is determined based on scope, complexity, and timeline.
• A 50% advance payment is required to initiate any project.
• Remaining payment must be settled before final delivery or project handover.
• We accept Bank Transfer, bKash, Nagad, Wise, Payoneer, Skrill, and other approved methods.
• All payments are final and typically non-refundable, except in special cases outlined under the Refund Policy.

MARDNOVA maintains full rights to pause or discontinue services if payments are delayed.

4. Project Delivery & Turnaround

• All delivery timelines are project-specific and begin only after receiving required content and advance payment.
• Delays caused by incomplete client inputs, late approvals, or change requests may extend the delivery deadline.
• Upon final delivery and full payment, ownership of the completed work is transferred to the client.

5. Revisions & Change Requests

• Each project includes a defined number of revisions.
• Revisions must be consistent with the original project scope.
• Additional or out-of-scope changes may incur extra charges based on complexity.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information, content, and materials on time.
• Ensure all submitted materials comply with copyright and legal requirements.
• Review work-in-progress and provide timely feedback.

MARDNOVA is not liable for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate or incomplete client information.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All design files, codes, strategies, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of MARDNOVA until full payment is received.
• After project completion and payment, the client receives usage rights to the final deliverables.
• Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or redistribution of MARDNOVA’s work is strictly prohibited.

8. Confidentiality & Data Protection

• All client data, documents, and communications are treated as confidential.
• MARDNOVA will not share or disclose information to third parties except when legally required or necessary for service delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

MARDNOVA is not responsible for:

• Third-party service issues (hosting, domain, APIs, software, plugins).
• Losses caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or external security breaches.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Once a project has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable.
• If MARDNOVA fails to deliver the agreed scope, a partial refund may be issued for the incomplete portion only.
• Clients cancelling projects mid-way remain responsible for work completed up to that point.

11. Third-Party Tools, Licenses & Integrations

• Third-party tools or software used within a project may require separate licenses or subscriptions.
• The client is responsible for ongoing fees, renewals, and technical limitations of these services.
• MARDNOVA is not liable for downtime, updates, or policy changes from third-party providers.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved under Bangladeshi jurisdiction.
