1. Service Delivery Standards

  1. All services are delivered with industry-standard quality and best practices.
  2. Work begins only after full project requirements and payment confirmation.
  3. Delivery timelines are shared in advance and strictly followed unless unavoidable circumstances arise.

2. Project Requirements

  • Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and access (hosting, domain, admin login, etc.) before work can begin.
  • Any delay in providing required materials may extend the project timeline.

3. Revisions & Adjustments

  • Each service includes a specific number of revisions depending on the chosen package.
  • Revisions apply only to the completed work and do not include new features outside the original scope.
  • Extra requirements outside the original plan may include additional charges.

4. Communication & Support

  • Clients will receive updates throughout the project via email, WhatsApp, or the Mardnova dashboard.
  • Our support team is available for troubleshooting, minor fixes, and general queries.
  • Post-delivery support depends on the service package purchased.

5. Service Completion

  1. A service is considered completed once the final delivery is approved or handed over.
  2. After delivery approval, any new change request will be treated as a new service.

6. Service Limitations

  1. Mardnova is not responsible for issues caused by third-party tools, hosting providers, plugins, or external services.
  2. If any third-party service fails, we will assist but cannot guarantee solutions beyond our control.

7. Payment Terms

  1. Full or partial advance payment is required depending on the project type.
  2. Work will not start until the agreed payment is received.
  3. Outstanding payments must be cleared before final delivery.

8. Confidentiality

  1. All client data, business information, and credentials are kept strictly confidential.
  2. Mardnova does not share, sell, or distribute client data with any third party.

9. Cancellation

  1. A service may be canceled only before work has started.
  2. Once work has begun, cancellation is not allowed (see Return/Refund Policy for details).
